
VANS - Weapons of Mass Ridiculousness
Fortland transformed the Vans x Truth campaign brief from a simple concept to a groundbreaking visual journey. Our team engineered a POV storytelling approach, mounting cameras on helmets and capturing raw, authentic moments captured during a road trip around New England. From breakdancer’s in NYC to crowd surfing at a festival, to cliff-diving off a waterfall; we created a social-first video that celebrated diversity and youth culture—complete with custom Snapchat-style animations. What started as a production challenge became an unforgettable road trip of creative storytelling, ultimately leading the campaign's charge online, in PR efforts and on in-store display’s around shoe retail stores across the USA.
